The Simple Truth
The Simple Truth, hosted by Jim Havens, airs each weekday from 4-5PM(EST) on The Station of the Cross Media Network. The focus of the show is authentically receiving, living, and transmitting the simple Truth of Jesus and His Catholic Church. We're in challenging times, but we are made to rise up and meet the challenges before us with Christ. We'll be proclaiming all that is good, true, and beautiful, applying it to real life, and we won't shy away from the difficult topics, especially lifting up the truth in those areas where it is most unpopular, and therefore most needed. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "The disciple of Christ consents to 'live in the truth,' that is, in the simplicity of a life in conformity with the Lord's example, abiding in his truth. 3/17/23 - As pro-lifers, it is our duty to do whatever we can to change every human heart and mind when it comes to the concept of Constitutional personhood. That starts with educating the opposition (or those in our movement who are "too soft") on topics such as IVF, the abortion pill, and other harmful practices that ultimately result in the destruction of human lives.

3/14/23 - Mike Koeniger is a husband and father (of three boys from 36 to 2) and a Catholic revert. A political analyst & commentator, Mike is a regular guest on A Catholic Take with Joe McClane. He is a retired Coast Guard Senior Chief who served 20 years. During his career he participated in over 2000 search and rescue missions, multiple drug enforcement operations, and several overseas deployments. He taught in an inner city high school for a decade. Mike is a National Board Certified Teacher, has a Masters degree in instructional technology, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He currently works for a major technology company, and lives in Virginia with his wife and youngest son. He attends St. Joseph's Church in Bon Air, VA (the FSSP Church the FBI cited in their recent report).

3/10/23 - If you're reading this, you were given the right to life. It's a simple argument: we wouldn't be here today if that weren't the case. Still, many pro-lifers seem content on negotiating with the opposition and making exceptions for Constitutional personhood. Why is IVF okay when it kills unborn children? And why do organizations like Students for Life (and Death, apparently) not only allow this behavior, but SUPPORT it?!
