The Simple Truth
The Simple Truth, hosted by Jim Havens, airs each weekday from 4-5PM(EST) on The Station of the Cross Media Network. The focus of the show is authentically receiving, living, and transmitting the simple Truth of Jesus and His Catholic Church. We're in challenging times, but we are made to rise up and meet the challenges before us with Christ. We'll be proclaiming all that is good, true, and beautiful, applying it to real life, and we won't shy away from the difficult topics, especially lifting up the truth in those areas where it is most unpopular, and therefore most needed. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "The disciple of Christ consents to 'live in the truth,' that is, in the simplicity of a life in conformity with the Lord's example, abiding in his truth. Michael spent about seven years as American Life League's Director of the Defend the Faith project and hosted the online video series, The American Life League Report. He holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Christendom College and an MA in Education from American Intercontinental University. In 2017, Michael became a member of the John Paul II Academy for Human Life and Family. Michael lives in Virginia with his wife, Alyssa, and their seven children.

10/5/21 - Bishop Joseph Strickland is an American Bishop in the Diocese of Tyler, Texas. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Dallas on June 1, 1985. He earned a Licentiate in Canon Law at the Catholic University of America in 1994 and was appointed Judicial Vicar for the newly erected Diocese of Tyler in 1995. On September 29, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI chose Strickland as the Fourth Bishop of the Diocese of Tyler.
